By now you will understand exactly how complex it can be. The licences and permits that you may be required to hold. The contingency planning and emergency management alone can almost make you want to pull your hair out. Event insurers and local councils more likely than not require you to provide first aid support no matter what the event may be.
Key2Act can help you cover your first aid needs with paid, highly skilled and qualified first responders and paramedics. All of the team have been hand selected through observation of their patient handling skills and knowledge, not just by their qualifications
. Some of our clients have included rodeos, equestrian events, ice hockey tournaments, community celebrations, council-organised activities, and even ANZAC Day functions.
Whether it be a multi-day sporting competition or a half day community event, Key2Act can help you plan and cover your duty of care responsibilities. We integrate into your emergency management plan rather than operate beside it. In accordance with Section 2.1 of the Victoria Department of Health guidelines Code of practice for running safer music festivals and events, we ensure that you are covered for adequate resourcing. This means that we offer no less than two responders at any event up to 500 people and the numbers go up for every additional 1000 attendees.

Key2Act does not operate a stretcher vehicle and does not provide pain relief in the form of Methoxyflurane. If pain relief is needed, Ambulance Victoria will be called to assess and administer appropriate treatment for the casualty
